All the above have 4 strings ‘cos you don’t need any more than that and I haven’t got enough fingers to play a 6-string anyway!

The Sell (my first appearance was at the Bournemouth Beat Competition in 1980 - we had 3 days to come up with 3 songs - I was playing rhythm guitar and singing. And guess what?? We came third! Hah!) The Electric Kitchen (featuring the late Andy Roberts, bless his soul), Chain of Fools, Tripoli, Mr Big Stuff, Alchemy, Sixty Seconds, Midnight Hour, Dixie, The Rolling Drunks, and various other deps!

Influences:
Atlantic soul, rhythm ’n’ blues, punk, Hendrix, Zepellin, Weller - the list is endless! I just love music, apart from really pathetic Country & Western, oh and freeform jazz.
